make dreams come true and create memories…..that will last forever.”
We also plan and coordinate services for Bridal Showers, Bachelor/ette Parties, Honeymoon Suite Decor, and Rehearsal Dinner to
create the full service wedding and honeymoon experience memorable for the whole bridal party.
BUSINESS INFORMATION
Wedding Planner 808 was established in June 2004 in the State of Hawaii with the purpose of creating beautiful memories for
brides and grooms that will last forever through planning and coordination of wedding services.
Although this company is young at heart, I have had over 6 years of wedding planning and coordination experience for friends
and family. My experience with planning and coordination started when I was 15 years old for my very own Sweet Sixteen Birthday
Party with a guest list of over 350 guests. My experiences and resume grew over the past 17 years as I got involved with planning
& coordinating for friends and family that included the following special occasions: Anniversaries, Bachelor /(rette) Parties,
Baptismal, Birthdays, Bridal & Baby Showers, Christenings, Graduations, Funerals, Luaus, and Retirement.
My experiences did not stop there after high school, I started working for corporations and non-profit organizations that benefited
from my skills by utilizing them to organize Special Themed Events that included the following: Seminars, Workshops,
Shows, Installation Banquets, Grand Openings, Company Picnics, Office Parties and Seasoned Parties.
Our goal is to exceed our client's expectations with extraordinary customer service. Although we do our very best to provide
this service, not every client will feel the same way. Our general liability insurance of $2,000,000 allows us to provide all of
these services to our full capacity without sacrificing or limiting our talents to its full potential. Our professional liability
insurance of $250,000 guarantees that our work is to the best of our abilities within our contract for services and without
compromising the latest wedding industry standards and trends.
DEMOGRAPHICS
We service destination and local weddings for demographics that range in age of 25 years old to 35 years old. My niche in this
market services 75% of local born couples that have relocated to the mainland or out of country and want to get married in Hawaii
to share the special day with family and friends. Destination weddings from couples who have not stepped foot in Hawaii are 15%
with the remainder of 10% going to local weddings. I'm here to service all couples with organizing & coordinating a beautiful
wedding.
We would like to increase our destination weddings by sharing what Hawaii has to offer. Having their dream wedding not only
offers them a beautiful venue for their wedding day but provides a honeymoon, vacation and family reunion all in one.

We are a member of the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) Hawaii and The Hawaii Business Women’s Center.
We offer HawaiianMiles through a partnership program with Hawaiian Airlines for any of the services purchased. We were featured
in the Hawaiian Airlines June 2006 Newsletter, September 2006 and January 2007 monthly email service and quarterly magazine
which is displayed in each seat aboard the Hawaiian Airlines Jet Planes. We are also associated and visible at all Celebrity
Tuxedos at Sears which are located in Pearlridge Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center & Windward Mall.

We advertise in the following publications: Hawaii Bridal Expo – The Magazine, Las Vegas Extravaganza Magazine, Seattle

Also, we participate in the Hawaii Bridal Expo at the Neal Blaisdell Center.
